Double-Layer Anti-Flaming PU Insulation Panels

Aluminium alloy frame with thick ABS high-strength connecting feet. Double-layer anti-flaming polyurethane insulation panels — galvanised steel + double-sided plastic coating. Corrosion-resistant and structurally robust.

Multiple Heat Exchanger Cores

Commercial-scale units feature multiple PSY polymer heat exchanger cores — scaled to the airflow volume. Each core is independently washable and replaceable for minimal maintenance downtime.

Modular, Serviceable Design

High-pressure centrifugal fans, ESP electrostatic precipitator, H13/H14 HEPA filtration, primary activated carbon filter — all accessible for on-site service. Built for 24/7 commercial operation.
