Dual Industrial Centrifugal Fan Assembly with VFD
Two independently driven industrial centrifugal fans deliver 10000 m³/h total airflow at rated conditions. Each fan is driven by a dedicated 380V 3-phase motor — the dual-fan arrangement provides operational redundancy and allows one fan to be serviced while the unit continues to operate at reduced capacity. Variable frequency drive (VFD) is standard on both fans, enabling proportional airflow control from BMS or CO₂ demand signals. Fan bearings are rated for 100,000 hours continuous operation at industrial duty.
Modular Enthalpy Core Banks
Modular PSY Enthalpy Core Banks
Multiple PSY polymer enthalpy exchanger core banks are arranged in a modular array scaled to 10000 m³/h airflow, achieving up to 85% total energy recovery. The modular bank design allows individual core sections to be withdrawn and replaced without draining the full system — scheduled maintenance can target one bank at a time while the remainder continue operating. Each bank transfers both sensible heat and latent moisture in full enthalpy mode, eliminating the humidity swings common with sensible-only plate exchangers.
BMS Integration and HEPA Option
BMS Integration via Modbus / BACnet + HEPA Option
Native Modbus RTU and BACnet IP integration is standard — allowing full AHU control from the building management system including airflow setpoint, fan speed, filter status alarms, energy recovery efficiency monitoring, and fault diagnostics. Industrial-grade ESP + optional H13 HEPA filtration module provides cleanroom-adjacent air quality for hospital ORs, pharmaceutical facilities, and sensitive industrial processes. All filter sections accessible via hinged door panels for in-place service.
