Dual industrial centrifugal fans rated at 5000 m³/h total airflow on a 380V 3-phase 1500W motor deliver adequate static pressure for long duct runs, external coils, and complex distribution networks in large buildings. Fan bearings are rated for continuous operation at industrial duty cycles. Variable speed control is available as an option for demand-controlled ventilation or BMS integration.

Large-Format PSY Polymer Enthalpy Cores
The AHE500GL uses large-format PSY polymer enthalpy exchanger cores scaled to 5000 m³/h, achieving up to 85% total energy recovery efficiency under rated conditions. Each core transfers both sensible heat and latent moisture simultaneously — recovering winter heating energy and summer cooling load in full enthalpy mode. Cores are independently replaceable during scheduled maintenance without unit shutdown.
Multi-Stage Filtration and Maintenance Access
G4 + F7 + ESP Multi-Stage Filtration with Door Access
Three-stage filtration consists of G4 coarse pre-filter, F7 medium-efficiency bag filter, and ESP electrostatic precipitator — capturing particles from large debris down to PM0.3 fine particulates. All filter stages are accessible via hinged door-access maintenance panels, allowing facility engineers to inspect and service the unit without specialist tools. Designed to satisfy commercial and industrial air quality standards including hospital and cleanroom adjacent applications.
