Triple Industrial Centrifugal Fan Assembly

Three independently driven 380V 3-phase industrial centrifugal fans provide 30000 m³/h total airflow with N+1 redundancy — the unit continues to operate at 67% capacity if one fan requires service or fails. Each fan is fitted with a VFD (variable frequency drive) for proportional speed control. The triple arrangement allows staged start-up to limit inrush current in electrically sensitive environments. Walk-In Service Access Panels

At this scale, the AHE1500GL features full-height hinged service doors on both supply and return sections — providing walk-in access to all internal components. Facility engineers can physically enter the unit to inspect, clean, and replace exchanger cores, filter banks, fans, and instrumentation without partial disassembly. Modular filter sections slide out independently for replacement during scheduled maintenance windows. BMS / DDC Integration with Modular Filter Sections

Native BMS/DDC integration supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet IP, and BACnet MSTP protocols — providing full AHU control from the building management system. Monitored parameters include supply and exhaust airflow, fan speed per motor, filter differential pressure across each stage, supply air temperature and humidity, heat recovery efficiency, and fault codes. Modular filter section design allows G4, F7, ESP, and optional H13 HEPA stages to be installed or removed as project requirements change over the building life.
