High-Volume Centrifugal Fan — 800 m³/h

The AHE80GL uses a large-diameter centrifugal fan rated at 800 m³/h and 200W AC motor, delivering sufficient static pressure to drive air through complex commercial duct networks. The fan supports up to 12 supply and return outlets without excessive pressure loss, making it ideal for distributed open-plan office layouts with multiple diffusers. Three-speed control allows demand-based adjustment.

PSY Polymer Enthalpy Core Array

Multiple PSY polymer enthalpy exchanger cores are arranged to handle the full 800 m³/h airflow at up to 88% total energy recovery efficiency. Polymer construction enables simultaneous transfer of sensible heat and latent moisture — preventing excessive humidity swings in both winter heating and summer cooling modes. Each core is independently washable and replaceable in place, minimising maintenance downtime in occupied commercial buildings.

ESP Electrostatic Precipitator + G4 Standard Filtration

The GL filtration tier combines a G4 coarse pre-filter with an ESP electrostatic precipitator section — capturing fine dust, PM2.5 particulates, pollen, and airborne pathogens down to 0.3 µm. ESP cells are washable and regenerate electrostatic charge after cleaning. The latch-lock maintenance access panel allows facility teams to service filters without tools during off-hours, meeting commercial facility management requirements.

A single AHE80GL unit covers a standard 300 m² open-plan office floor with up to 40 workstations. Delivers 20 m³/h per person at full occupancy. Ceiling-mounted profile allows clean duct routing above suspended ceilings with Ø250 mm main trunk and individual branch takeoffs to diffusers.

Conference Rooms & Meeting Suites

High occupancy density in conference rooms demands reliable ventilation. The AHE80GL maintains CO₂ below 800 ppm even in fully occupied boardrooms and training rooms, ensuring cognitive performance is not compromised during extended meetings. Quiet 35–52 dB(A) range is compatible with professional acoustic requirements.

Co-working facilities with variable occupancy and mixed-use zones benefit from the AHE80GL's 3-speed control — ramping up airflow during peak hours and reducing to minimum during low-occupancy periods.
