Two high-capacity PSY polymer enthalpy cores manage the full 400 m³/h airstream — transferring sensible heat and latent moisture between outgoing stale air and incoming fresh air at 88% total efficiency. The unit's larger enthalpy core area maintains the same high efficiency at elevated flow rates as smaller models, delivering fresh air that feels warm in winter and cool in summer without excessive energy consumption. Polymer construction resists moisture damage, biological growth, and deformation — no replacement necessary under standard indoor conditions.

At 400 m³/h, static pressure requirements increase — the SXL400 AC motor delivers 51 Pa at rated flow, ensuring the unit overcomes real-world ductwork resistance in larger homes. Dual centrifugal fans (supply + exhaust) are driven by a single robust AC induction motor. No brush wear, no inverter failure modes, no firmware updates required. The included wired 3-speed panel provides low, medium, and high modes. Suitable for residential projects where the electrical contractor wants a simple connection: power in, control cable to panel, done.

All incoming fresh air passes through a G4 coarse pre-filter followed by an F7 fine filter. The G4 layer extends F7 filter life by capturing coarse dust, pollen, and debris before it reaches the fine media. Both filters are accessed via a bottom access panel that requires no tools to open — a key maintenance advantage for ceiling-mount installations in occupied apartments. Ceiling-mount horizontal profile with standard Ø150mm or Ø200mm duct connections. The unit can also be installed in a false-ceiling void or utility space with remote control mounting.
