Technical Highlights

The AHE35NB bridges the gap between the residential AHE25NB and the large-format AHE50NB — delivering commercial-grade airflow in a compact ceiling-mount body suited to larger family homes and small commercial retrofit projects.

High-Efficiency PSY Polymer Core Pair

Two PSY polymer total energy recovery cores rated at 80–92% efficiency across the 350 m³/h flow range. At higher airflows the polymer core outperforms aluminium alternatives by maintaining latent heat transfer — recovering up to 60% of humidity energy in addition to sensible heat.

110W BLDC Motor with Extended Duct Range

At 350 m³/h the Ø150 centrifugal fan generates sufficient static pressure for extended duct networks — supporting up to 10–12 supply/return outlets in a branched layout. 28 dB(A) minimum keeps bedrooms comfortable at night speed. Variable 30–100% speed range.

Ceiling-mount with Latch Access

1000.4 × 686 × 305.4 mm body. While deeper than the AHE15/25NB, the 305.4 mm height still fits within ceiling voids of buildings with 3.0 m+ floor-to-floor height. Tool-free latch access panel for maintenance. G4 + F7 pre-filter package standard.

Scalable Within the AHE Family

The AHE35NB shares the same duct diameter (Ø150), control interface, and filter format as the AHE25NB — simplifying multi-unit projects where different zones require different capacities. Upgrade path to AHE50NB for Ø200 high-capacity applications.

Applications

3-Bedroom Homes 150–280 m²

Central ERV for 3-bedroom family homes. 350 m³/h covers master bedroom, two children's rooms, living area, and kitchen exhaust in a single-unit installation. Supports 8–12 air outlets via Ø100–150 branches.

Light Commercial up to 150 m²

Open-plan offices, co-working spaces, and small retail units. 350 m³/h maintains fresh air at 30–35 m³/h per person for up to 10 occupants. Low noise (28 dB(A) min) avoids acoustic complaints in quiet professional environments.

Server Rooms & Small Restaurants

Temperature-controlled spaces where precise fresh air/exhaust balance is critical. In server rooms, balanced ERV ventilation prevents positive pressure loss and dust ingress. In small restaurants, helps manage cooking odour transfer to dining areas.
