The 860 × 860 mm white decorative panel presents a 4-way supply grille that distributes filtered fresh air radially across the room — no exposed ductwork, no visible equipment. Built-in ESP electrostatic precipitator delivers superior PM2.5 removal with near-zero pressure drop, and the polymer enthalpy core achieves 90% total energy recovery at 250 m³/h.

Technical Highlights

The AHE25OGLB is fundamentally different from the AHE Residential range: where the residential units are concealed within ceiling voids and connected to remote supply grilles, the OGLB cabinet cassette is itself the visible ceiling element — its decorative white panel flush-mounted to the ceiling surface, distributing fresh filtered air directly into the room through a 4-way grille.

The 860 × 860 mm white decorative panel mounts flush with the finished ceiling surface. Four-way adjustable louvres distribute conditioned fresh air radially in all directions, achieving excellent room coverage and draught-free ventilation even at 250 m³/h. The panel design is compatible with standard suspended ceiling grid systems and is also suitable for plasterboard ceiling cutout installations. Louvre angle adjustment allows optimisation for room layout — directing airflow toward occupied zones or away from seated positions. The panel finish is RAL 9010 pure white as standard; custom colours available on request for projects with specific interior design specifications.

The built-in ESP module charges incoming outdoor air particles using a high-voltage corona ioniser, then captures them on grounded aluminium collection plates before the air reaches the enthalpy core. PM2.5 capture efficiency exceeds 95% with near-zero static pressure drop across the filtration stage — preserving fan efficiency and eliminating the progressive flow reduction experienced with loading media filters. Collection plates slide out as a tray from the cassette body, rinse clean under running water, and reinstall without tools — a 10-minute maintenance operation requiring no replacement consumables. For hotel and commercial applications, this eliminates the filter replacement procurement cycle entirely.

The cross-flow polymer enthalpy core recovers 90% of both sensible heat and latent moisture from the exhaust air stream — transferring thermal energy from stale indoor air to filtered outdoor air before supply. In air-conditioned spaces, this dramatically reduces the cooling load attributable to ventilation fresh air: at 250 m³/h, the AHE25OGLB recovers the equivalent of approximately 0.8 kW of cooling in typical summer conditions. The 220V AC power supply is standard for all OGLB cabinet models, simplifying connection to commercial electrical infrastructure.

Hotel rooms typically have limited ceiling void depth and complex HVAC requirements. The AHE25OGLB installs as a single ceiling element — supply and return within the cassette footprint — delivering fresh filtered air to the room without exposed ductwork or grille runs. The decorative white panel integrates with most contemporary and traditional interior schemes. ESP filtration eliminates the need for filter stock management by housekeeping staff: a quarterly water rinse of the plates is the only maintenance task.
Premium Apartment Living Rooms
In apartments where the primary living and dining space is open-plan and the ceiling is a design feature, the OGLB cassette provides whole-room ventilation from a single aesthetically considered ceiling element. The 4-way grille pattern is visually proportional and symmetrical — far more design-conscious than asymmetric linear slot grilles common in conventional ERV duct layouts. Suitable for rooms up to 80 m² at standard residential air change rates.
Meeting Rooms & Private Offices
Single-zone meeting rooms and private executive offices benefit from the OGLB's self-contained supply and exhaust within one ceiling cassette.
